There is no account to delete

This page is for the CutDoc app by «ՔԱԹԴՈՔ» LLC (Katdok), Republic of Armenia.

CutDoc does not create an account. There is no login, no profile on a CutDoc server and no server copy of your document. This page explains how to remove what the app stores on the device and how to ask us to delete an email.

Delete inside the app

The controls below are the English names in the app; the Russian names are in parentheses. The app interface is not yet available in Armenian; the website is.

• On the home screen, under Saved documents, each saved result has Delete (Удалить). The confirmation says that the saved anonymized ZIP will be permanently removed from this device.
• For the document set you are working on, Delete (Удалить) on the home screen asks to confirm that all documents and saved results in this set will be permanently removed from this device.
• In Settings, which open from the home screen: Delete all saved documents (Удалить все сохранённые документы). The confirmation says that all saved anonymized results will be permanently removed from this device.

The app asks for confirmation before each deletion and shows Deletion in progress (Выполняется удаление) while it runs.

Uninstall

Uninstalling CutDoc removes the application and the storage that belongs to it. Android cloud backup and device-to-device transfer are turned off for the app, so the system does not restore those copies.

What these steps do not delete

A file you already saved to a folder, or sent with the system share sheet, is outside CutDoc. Delete that copy yourself if you still have it. The original file you picked is not overwritten by the export; if you want it removed from its own folder, remove it there.

There is nothing to erase on a CutDoc server, because the document is not uploaded.

If you emailed us

A support email is the one case in which we hold a message from you. Ask us to delete it by writing to info@cutdoc.tech, from the same address if you can. Do not attach the document. We delete it without delay, at the latest within 30 days of your request, unless a law requires us to keep it. Otherwise it is deleted 12 months after the last message.
